These terms describe use of the LaunchPoint Media informational website and its brochure. They do not create a pilot, subscription, talent, distribution or revenue-sharing agreement.

Information and pilot discussions

Brand Media Management describes LaunchPoint operating a unified platform for fans, creators, content, brands and multi-brand organizations. The brochure does not offer advertising-agency services or the sale of software licenses. Content-rights and distribution licensing requirements remain separate and still apply.

Descriptions explain the platform offering and proposed LaunchPoint Media initiative. Features and availability depend on the agreed launch configuration. The platform scope includes linear channels and on-demand distribution via third-party television broadcasters and streaming services in the USA, Philippines and other markets; destination approval, rights/licensing, commercial terms and technical integration must be agreed separately. A LaunchPoint-owned channel is not represented as live, and no established audience, placement, income or commercial result is guaranteed. Contacting us starts a conversation; it does not reserve a place, place an order or commit either party to a transaction.

Using the website

You may browse, link to and print the brochure for evaluating or discussing the offering. Do not interfere with the site's operation, attempt unauthorized access, impersonate others or use its content unlawfully. Permission to evaluate the brochure is not a license to rebroadcast music or footage, use a promotion's identity, or imply endorsement.

Content and third-party rights

Site content, branding and media may be protected by copyright, trademark and other rights. Rights belonging to other people remain with their respective holders. See Copyright & rights to ask about reuse or raise a concern. Any future use of promotion footage, talent likenesses or other media requires the relevant permissions and separately agreed terms.

Availability and accuracy

Content may change as the initiative develops. The website and brochure provide general information and are not a promise of uninterrupted availability or a substitute for agreed service specifications. Please contact us about an error or confirm details before relying on them for a business decision. Nothing on this page excludes rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.

Separate services and updates

There are no purchases, account registrations or subscription agreements on this site. Any future pilot or service requires separate scope, pricing, responsibilities and applicable terms. External websites and email services operate under their own terms. Changes to these website terms will be dated here.

International visitors and mandatory rights

These website terms do not take away mandatory consumer, privacy or other rights available under the law that applies to you. No statement here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, requires arbitration, chooses an exclusive court or prevents a complaint to a regulator. If a provision conflicts with a mandatory protection, that protection takes priority to the extent of the conflict.

Availability of this brochure does not mean that a future commercial service is offered in every country. Any future offer must address applicable local requirements and separate commercial terms. An inquiry or Google Calendar appointment is not a purchase or a binding pilot agreement. Google handles its booking page under its own terms and privacy practices.
